Strengths & Resilience Coaching

Outdoor coaching designed for people who want to cultivate a resilient mindset, deal with change and bounce forward from challenges.

  • Reconnect you with your innate resources – your strengths and values 

  • Identify and manage your saboteurs – help you manage your mindset 

  • Help you cultivate a resilient attitude and identify your unique bounce back recipe 

  • Identify the practices that that support your resilience and resourcefulness  

Resilience & Resourcefulness coaching uses Strengths profile tools, positive intelligence insights, leadership embodiment and resilience research.

How does it work?
The Resilience & Resourcefulness coaching programme typically comprises 8 sessions and can stand alone or can be mixed and matched with the Revive and Reboot programs dependent on your requirements.  

Coaching takes place around every 3 weeks; spread over a 6 month period.  

Where? 
Resilience & Resourcing coaching is a combination of online sessions and face to face sessions which generally take place in natural spaces – depending on what the client prefers. Outdoor sessions take place in natural outdoor spaces - be it be a London park, riverside or semi-ancient woodland in Surrey or other mutually convenient locations.

What you can expect? 
Resilience & Resourcing coaching uses a range of coaching approaches and tools which are designed to connect you with your innate resourcefulness.

Outdoor coaching sessions are mainly in woodland areas and involve some gentle walking. The experience is tailored to your individual needs.

Fees vary depending on client need and circumstances and there are a range of experiences to suit your individual needs.

Explore techniques and tools to build your resilience and tap into your natural resourcefulness during times of change.

Designed for people and teams who are drained by relentless change and who want to connect with their inner strength and resourcefulness. These programmes which will empower you by:

Webinars
Resilience & Resourcefulness webinars are delivered online with 2 x 2 hour webinars (with the content of the first webinar leading into that of the second) and are for groups of up to 15 people. 

Workshops
Resilience & Resourcefulness workshops are delivered in half and full day workshops for groups of up to 12 people. 

All workshops and programmes are varied and experiential and where appropriate make use of strengths based tools.
